At Romsen, we strive for the careful and swift delivery of our premium knitwear. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
As soon as you place an order, we get to work at our location in Dordrecht. We inspect the items and package them with care to ensure their quality during transit.
2. Delivery and Track & Trace
We ship to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Once your package has been handed over to our carrier, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow the status of your shipment and the expected time of delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
The current shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout, before you finalize your payment. Costs may vary based on the destination country and the total value of your order.
4. Shipping Risk
Romsen bears the risk of damage or loss of the products until the moment of delivery to you (or a previously designated representative). You are therefore assured of the safe arrival of your order.
