At Romsen, we strive for the highest quality in our knitwear. Is your purchase not quite what you expected? No problem. Below you can read exactly how it works.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

How does it work?

Register your return by sending an email to info@romsen.nl with your order number.
Pack the items carefully (preferably in the original packaging).
Ensure the original tags and labels are still attached to the garment.
Send the package to our return address (see below).

Important to know:

Costs: The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
Condition of the item: Trying it on is of course allowed, but returned items must not be worn or washed. Unfortunately, we cannot fully refund items with signs of use or without labels.
Refund: Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount (including the original shipping costs in case of a full return) within 14 days via the payment method you used.
